myTask

A task manager that lives in WhatsApp.

No app to open, no forms to fill, no commands to memorise. You text it the way you'd text a friend, and it works out what you meant — then keeps your deadlines on your Google Calendar without you touching it.

What that looks like

What it does with your data

myTask reads the messages you send it so it can turn them into tasks. It stores those tasks — a title, a category, a deadline — in a private database.

With your permission, it creates and updates events on your Google Calendar so your deadlines show up alongside everything else. It only ever touches events it created itself.

It is a single-person tool. There are no other users, nothing is shared, and nothing is sold. The privacy policy spells this out in full.
